Red chilli is harvested from December to April (peak February–March) in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. Cold-stored raw chilli keeps powder available year-round.
Conventional and organic grades across Kashmiri, Byadgi and Guntur/Teja varieties. NPOP / USDA-NOP / EU-Organic certified lots on request.
25 kg / 50 kg food-grade bags with liner; 100 g–1 kg retail pouches; private-label and custom ASTA / heat grades. Nitrogen-flush and vacuum packing available to protect colour.
Keep in a cool, dry, dark place in sealed bags to preserve ASTA colour and prevent caking or infestation; avoid heat and humidity. Best used within 12–18 months of packing.
