Every export lot ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) and third-party lab test reports covering aflatoxin, heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), pesticide residue, microbiology (Salmonella, E. coli, total plate count), and moisture/ash — plus product-specific actives such as curcumin content for turmeric or lawsone content for henna.
We quote on FOB, CIF and CNF terms. New buyers often start on CIF or CNF so we arrange ocean freight (and insurance for CIF) to your destination port; experienced importers with their own forwarder usually prefer FOB from an Indian port. Always confirm which Incoterm a quote uses before comparing prices.

For in-stock items, dispatch is usually 7–15 days after order confirmation; custom-packed or private-label orders take a little longer.
