~20–22 MT in a 20ft FCL and ~25–26 MT in a 40ft FCL in 25 kg / 50 kg bags; peppercorn is dense so loads are weight-limited, and exact tonnage depends on grade, bulk density and palletisation.
Black pepper is harvested December–March in Kerala and Karnataka, then sun-dried; available year-round from stock.
Conventional and organic grades — Malabar Garbled and Tellicherry (TG / TGEB) qualities, whole or ground. NPOP / USDA-NOP / EU-Organic certified lots on request.
25 kg / 50 kg PP or jute bags for whole pepper; food-grade lined bags for ground; retail and private-label packs. Steam-sterilised and vacuum options on request.
Store whole peppercorns in a cool, dry place in sealed bags away from moisture and light to preserve piperine and aroma; keep ground pepper airtight. Whole pepper keeps 24+ months when stored correctly.
Lab testing available per lot / on request: Piperine %, Volatile oil content, Bulk density (g/l), Moisture, Light berries %, Aflatoxin, Pesticide residue (MRL), Salmonella / microbiology.
